1. CARE GUIDE
Wanderlost and Found phone cases are built to last, but they’re not invincible. Every Wanderlost & Found case will experience normal wear over time, but here are some tips to keep your new iPhone/Samsung case looking fresh and lustrous for as long as possible:
To clean your phone case, remove your phone from the case first and clean the case with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Gently wipe the outside and the inside of the phone case.
Don’t use window cleaners, household cleaners, aerosol sprays, solvents, ammonia, abrasives, or cleaners containing hydrogen peroxide to clean the pone case.
Don’t be afraid to store the case in a handbag or backpack with your keys, wallet, lip balm or magic wand, but it’s safest in a pocket, not tumbling around the main compartment with blunt, sharp or rough objects.
Keep your phone case away from prolonged and intense sunlight, heat, and humidity.

What materials are your phone cases made of?
All Wanderlost & Found iPhone & Samsung Galaxy cases are printed in the USA or EU, made of a hybrid Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) and Polycarbonate (PC) material with a solid and durable polycarbonate back.They have flexible, rigid thermoplastic polyurethane sides, and our graphics are UV printed onto the case with a smooth, matte finish.
Where are your phone cases printed?
Every Wanderlost & Found iPhone and Samsung Galaxy case is printed at fair wage workshops in the USA or EU.
How long does it take to produce your print on demand iPhone & Samsung Galaxy cases
Our iPhone & Samsung Galaxy cases are produced and ready for shipment within 2-5 business days of receiving your order.
Will your phone cases protect my phone?
Our sleek and sturdy phone cases go above and beyond in to help protect your soul’s ‘external hard drive’. Their 0.5 mm raised bezel keeps your phone’s screen and camera from scratching on surfaces. And their solid wraparound construction will guard against dust, oil, and dirt. They’re built to last, but of course they’re not invincible. They can’t protect your phone from a rage attack brought on by endless hold muzak, or accidentally being dropped in a wishing well.
Will your phone cases fit my phone properly?
Yes—we’ve made sure they fit perfectly. Both our iPhone and Samsung Galaxy cases have tough but flexible thermoplastic polyurethane sides, with precisely aligned cuts and holes that match your phone’s functions. And while those raised, see-through sides keep a very firm grip on your phone, they’re flexible enough to let you take the case on and off with every changing mood.
