1. How Long Until My Order Ships?

Over 1/2 our orders ship in less than 5 days but many suppliers ship within 1-3 days. Treasures that take over 5 days to ship are print on demand items — meaning they're produced brand new, just for you, after you place an order

2. How Much Will Shipping Cost?

• FREE carbon neutral shipping on all orders, no matter the size. And we always ship with tracking, so you can chart the journey of your new treasure from A to B to your front doorstep

3. When Will My Order Be Delivered?

Wanderlost & Found is a global marketplace. We work with dozens of suppliers. These are our average processing + shipping times.

Average time between receiving an order & sending it out = 1-4 days

Average time for order to reach you after it's been shipped: 

• North America: 3-5 business days 

• Europe: 3-10 business days 

• Rest of the world: 2-4 weeks

4. Tracking

We include tracking automatically for all orders on our store delivering to North America, the UK, EU, Aus, NZ + Japan.

Tracking in North America, Europe, Japan, Australia & NZ is reliable and consistent. Please note that tracking outside those regions depends on local carriers and the quality of tracking can vary from place to place.

 5. We Ship Items Separately

All our items are packaged with care and mostly grouped by product type for shipping — ensuring they all arrive safe, sound and fresh as a daisy. Long story short: we ship items separately. So if you order a phone case, pillow, and an art print in the same order they will arrive in three separate packages.

Returns & Exchanges

• You're welcome to return or exchange any items in your order — open a return request within 7 days of delivery

• All returned items must be delivered back to us within 15 days of delivery in their original condition

• Please don’t send anything back before submitting a return request

• Feel free to send back your items after we have reviewed and approved your return request

• After we receive your returned items, we will notify you that we're satisfied with the condition of the returned item(s)

• After we approve your return, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 1-2 weeks — includes processing time between our bank and yours

• Hate waiting? Activate exchange/store credit within 24hr after your return/refund is approved

• We do not accept returns/exchanges of sale items

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Return shipping fees are refundable for faulty items, incorrect items or goods damaged in transit
