HOW IT WORKS


1. You place an order on our site and we email a confirmation with everything you need to know about your new treasure, including FAQs on shipping & tracking.

2. Each item in your order is produced on demand at our locations in the USA or EU.

3. When your order departs our fulfilment centre you receive a shipping confirmation with carrier details and tracking number, if applicable. Note: Some products are packaged and shipped separately, so you may receive more than one shipping confirmation for you order.

4. Your new treasure arrives and brightens your day!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Fulfilment: Standard fulfilment time is 2-5 business days. In very rare cases it can take up to 7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. Don’t fret, though! The factories we work with are practically in our backyard. This means it’s super easy to keep stocked and minimises wait time. 


Shipping: We provide free, global shipping on every order—no matter the size. We ship to more than 180+ countries around the world and quote 10-20 business days after fulfilment for international delivery via our free shipping method.We also offer economy shipping for international orders (delivery 5-10 business days after fulfilment), standard shipping (delivery 3-5 business days after fulfilment) and express shipping (delivery 1-3 business days after fulfilment).In the USA we offer all the shipping options outlined above plus overnight shipping—delivery 1 business day after fulfilment.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

When you are ready to place an order on wanderlostandfound.com, place the item(s) in your cart and then follow the instructions to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you have provided the necessary payment information.


The total amount of your order, including shipping charges and sales tax, will be charged to your credit card at the time of your order. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit or if the charge is declined for any reason, your order will be automatically cancelled and it is your responsibility to resolve any issue directly with your card issuer. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery as a result of credit card issues.


Your order will be confirmed on the Wanderlost & Found checkout screen after payment has been received and approved. It will be confirmed by email also—an invoice/receipt will be sent to the email you nominate during the checkout process.

We work with dozens of shipping companies so we can provide you with the most competitive shipping rates available for your region.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Wanderlost & Found products ship to more than 180+ countries around the world from our locations in the USA and the EU. Delivery speed and price depend on the make-up of your order i.e. product type (weight, size), shipping method and destination. 


We take about 2-5 business days to produce our products—over half our orders are fulfilled and shipped in less than 3 business days. In very rare cases we can take up to 7 business days to produce your order. To calculate estimated delivery times add production times above to delivery times below. 


Free Shipping—same as No Rush: Free for ALL orders, no matter the size. Delivery 10-20 business days after fulfilment.

Economy: 5-10 business days after fulfilment.  FREE for all orders, no matter the size—available in 180+ countries worldwide.

Standard: 3-5 business days after fulfilment.  Cost dependent on order size, weight and delivery address. Includes order tracking.

Customs
All our shipments leave the United States or the EU and will likely spend time in the customs for the country where the shipment arrives. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments spend anywhere from one to three days in customs. IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

Will my order get to me without any issues?

We're confident it will. All our carriers (international and domestic) have solid reputations. That's why we trust them to manage the delivery of your precious cargo. But nobody's perfect, and accidents happen. Just remember that if your order hasn't been received within our standard shipping times all is not lost. 


Here are a few things to consider: 


Order tracking

If your order has tracking included then you can check on its whereabouts any time you like—at work, in traffic, with breakfast in bed. Just visit the 'Track An Order' page in our Help menu with your order number and email handy. In the (very) rare cases that tracking doesn't give you all the answers you seek, we'll work on it together. Email your order number and brief explanation to info@wanderlostandfound.com and we'll investigate.  


National holidays and weather delays

Please also allow time for any national holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, or potential weather delays.

How do I check the status of my order?

You should receive updates from us when your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped. But if your order has tracking included then you can check your order status at any time via the Track An Order page in our Help menu. 


Please note:

—You'll need your email and order number to activate the search. 

— Not all shipping methods have tracking included. If your order was not shipped with tracking then you will only be able to track it up to the point it leaves the shipping carrier's distribution centre.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please review your item(s) carefully before placing an order. Production of your print on demand products usually begins within 24hr after your order is placed. We're happy to adjust or cancel your order before production of your print on demand products has begun. But once your Wanderlost & Found item(s) enters the production process we're unable to cancel or make changes without charging you for the items that are already in production.


To cancel or change your order please contact us asap with your order number and change/cancellation request. We will endeavour to make the amendments/cancellation before production of your item(s) begins, but we cannot guarantee that a change/cancellation request will be actioned before production has begun. As mentioned above production usually begins within 24hr of your order being placed in our system.

What countries do you NOT ship to?

Wanderlost & Found products ship to 180+ countries all across the globe from our two locations in the USA and the EU. Unfortunately, we cannot ship everywhere. The following countries are not serviced by our shipping partners:


Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falklands, Guinea Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Mayotte Island, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, North Korea, St Pierre Et Miquelon, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St. Helens, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Wake Islands

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Orders shipped via our Free Shipping & Economy Shipping methods can be delivered to PO Boxes.


Orders shipped via Standard and Express Shipping cannot be delivered to PO Boxes as they require a signature upon delivery.
